How to place your order

1. Email me at intai.intai@ymail.com or simply fill-in the enquiry form to check availability (Please quote the Product’s Item number).

2. I will reply to confirm the availability.

3. You will email me back to confirm the order complete with your postal address(by now you’ll see ‘Reserved’ note with your name on the item).

4. I will email you an invoice. Payments can be made through Maybank or Paypal.

5. You’ll make the payment and once payment is cleared, items will be shipped straight away. RM6 will added for P&P

6. Now…just sit back and relax…item will be delivered at your doorstep.

Terms and Conditions

All items are on a first come first serve basis.

If an order of more than 1 item is made it will be packed together. Reservations can be made to hold an item to confirm intent of purchase for 2(two) days only. Items above RM500.00 will require a 20% down payment. Any cancellations will result of a 5% charge of the reservation fee. If a reservation on an item has been made, it is considered sold unless said otherwise.

At the moment, all payments are payable through my maybank account.

Payments are to be made within 5 days after a confirmation to purchase has been received. All transactions are FINAL and all items purchased CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Items will be shipped directly from Shah Alam, Selangor. Please allow 4-5 days for handling and shipping purposes.

Only serious buyer will be entertained, NO SPAM or JUNKMAIL PLEASE. My time is very valuable so DON’T waste my time and I’ll return the favour. Thank you for viewing my items. Shop with confidence and I truly hope you have an enjoyable experience!
